Senior Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Sales Engineer with strong experience in the sales and marketing of welding consumables products. This role involves direct customer interaction, order booking, technical service, and extensive travel to support sales targets and customer development.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in industrial product sales/welding consumables; preference will be given to candidates with experience in welding consumables in their respective area.

Key Skills & Profile Requirements

  • Proven experience in direct B2B selling, preferably to OEMs and market industries.
  • Knowledge of welding processes and specialized welding electrodes is desirable.
  • Background in selling, like welding consumables in following segments – General Fabrications, Automobiles, Sugar, Power, Steel, Mining, etc.
  • Experience in launching new products or developing new business segments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
